I am a complete hair care obsessive! If something is on the radar that is claiming to work miracles I need to own it! When the new John Frieda line came out I knew I had to trial the products. I have already done a review on the Deep Infusion Ends Treatment which I really love using! The other product I picked up was the mask which claims to restore my over processed hair.

My hair has been bleached, dyed and heat damaged so it needs a treat. I use hair masks sometimes 2-3 times a week which may seem mental but I have CRAZY thick hair so it can handle it. The Full Repair mask is thick but rather runny in constancy which is new for a mask. I really loved the results, my hair was left so silky even silkier than when I use my Moroccan Oil mask (10x the price!). It's so easy to manage and style, just a real dream to work with. My ends look replenished and my hair looks no where near as damaged as it should!

I really am impressed with the new John Frieda Full Repair line and can see myself repurchasing and purchasing more products! I have my eye on the styling spray next! If your on a budget but want some really great quality products if definitely head for this range.

Gorgeous Shop Experience & Kerastase Haul

I recently placed my first order with the online Beauty store "Gorgeous Shop". If you've heard of feel unique or cheap smells, then you'll already know of discount beauty online shops. I've ordered from both feel unique and cheap smells and had a very pleasant experience with both. I thought I'd change it up this time and opt for Gorgeous Shop as I'd heard good things.

I've been eyeing up the Kerastase Resistance line for a while after hearing it's fab for bleached hair. My beloved Kerastase Necter Thermique ran out so
Instead of repurchasing I thought I'd go for the Resistance lines version which is the Ciment Thermique. At the moment I'm impressed with the results, I may do a full review depending on how it wows me. I almost picked up the treatment (everyday conditioner). Again I am impressed so far.

I love how my items were delivered to me in this very sheek, reusable bag! I love it, such a great touch. The delivery was standard at around £2 and the products arrived within 2 days. One thing to note is that compared to feel unique, Gorgeous Shop has got the cheaper prices including paying for p&p. The up side to feel unique is that P&P is free with however much you buy which is great if your only getting 1 item.

All in all I'd definitely shop at Gorgeous Shop again, it has been my favourite service so far, i think I'm just obsessed with the little bag idea!

Redken Real Control allows you to nourish, restore and reclaim control of your dense, dry, sensitised hair with this full range of texture-transforming products.

I purchased this hair mask after having my hair done at my regular salon which stocks Redken products. I trust what products my stylist recommends as in the past she has recommended me some real wonders for my hair. When I asked her what she would recommenced she immediately said something that would A. Put protein back in my hair & B. Nourish and condition. That's when she pointed me in the direction of the Redken "Real Control" range.

I have never tried anything from this range until now. I have used products from Redken's "Extreme" range and "All Soft" range but I hadn't even heard of "Real Control". When I scanned the decription on the tub I immediately thought "Yes thats the one for me"! My hair isn't in the best state. Just over a year ago I went from dark brown to caramel blonde overnight, which involved a hell of a lot of bleaching and dying. My hair actually wasn't left feeling too bad but then I went Platinum, which meant more bleach and my hair just gave in! Now most of hair has grown out but I do still get it colored professionally so I need the nourishment.

FINALLY on to the product. I apply a palm size amount from the mid lengths-ends after shampooing then leave it in my hair for 20 minutes +. Sometimes I will leave it in for over an hour it completely depends on how much time I have and how lazy I'm being! The consistency is really thick like most masks and it smells divine. I then will thoroughly rinse the product from my hair and then go onto blow drying or leaving my hair to air dry.  

I am left with my hair feeling super silky soft and frizz free. My hair can be quite coarse sometimes and this just completely smooths it down. I've also found that the more I've used this mask the more the condition of my hair has improved, which is exactly what I want. I hate hair masks which are purely quick shine coating fixes, I look for something that actually does something!

Yes this does come quite pricey but I honestly think it's completely worth it and has really made me want to try more from the "Real Control" range.
