Weekly Ramble: Week 02

Sorry the photos of my hair not my face! I explain why below :)

Vest- Primark £3

Not a lot has happened over the past week or so!  I went to see "Your Highness" on Wednesday and it was really good! A nice comedy and I knew I would like it as it's from the makers of Pineapple Express which is one of my favorite films. 

The reason the photo is of my hair and not my face is for those of you who didn't notice, I wear hair extensions! So the dip dye bit of my hair isn't actually my hair. For the first time the other day I washed my extensions since dip dying them. I was super scared the red would fade horribly and it would just turn gross! Thankfully though it didn't, If anything it made it look better! It's made the red look a bit more faded into father then kind of block color so it's a little more ombreish now. In real life the red actually looks like a dark fuchsia pink! When my new card reader arrives I'll take a proper photo so you can see the pinkness.

It was mine and my boyfriends one year anniversary on Tuesday and unfortunately we couldn't see each other and don't get to celebrate it till Wednesday when he comes up :(! I miss him so much but I'm keeping myself busy.

So I thought seeing as my blog is new I'd do a bit of a "about me" kind of post! Excuse the silly pose in the photo and that it's from photobooth. I thought I'd do it in a "tag" style seeing as I'm rubbish at writing these sort of things I always end up rambling and sound un interesting haha! So here's the questions:

1. Are you named after anyone?

Yes I'm named after my great grandmother who was also called Caterina.
2. When was last time you cried?

I don't know! I don't think I've cried at all recently.
3. Do you have kids?

Haha not just yet, I'm only sixteen but I'd like to add I'm seventeen on June 3rd ;)!
4. If you were another person, you would be a friend of yourself?

Hmm I think I would it depends if I was another person would my personality be totally different?
5. Do you use sarcasm a lot?

Yes!
6. Will you ever bungee-jump?

Why not! I'd definitely be scared but at the end of the day isn't that part of the fun?
7. Whats your favorite cereal?

Ooo probably coco pops!
8. Whats the first thing you notice about people?

Their hair or their dress sense and obviously if their polite!

9. What is your eye color?

Greeny blue.
10. Scary movie or happy endings?

Both! But at different occasions :)
11. Favorite smells?

Vanilla! I also like the smell of honey and wild strawberry but vanilla is definitely one of my favorites!
12. Summer or winter?

Hmm well in summer I want winter and in winter I want summer!
13. Computer or television?

Computer because you can watch telly on it!
14. Whats the furthest you've ever been from home?

New York.
15. Do you have special talents?

I'm double jointed but I guess that's not really a talent as quite a lot of people are.
16. Where were you born?

A hospital in Enfield.
17. What are your hobbies?

Does shopping count? Haha! I'm crap with hobbies.
18. Do you have any pets?

Yes a Pocket Jack Russell dog called Phoebe.
19. Favorite movie?

Either 500 Days Of Summer or Candy.
20. Do you have any siblings?

Nope I'm an only child!
21. What do you want to be when you grow up?

This makes me feel little! Probably a manager at a high end make up counter/store or a free lance artist!

Weekly Ramble: Week 01

A lot of bloggers seem to do this sort of thing, where you post a photo of yourself and what you've been up to on a certain day. I think it's better for me to do on a random day as I'm so forgetfull/silly I'd probably miss the day haha! 

The past week hasn't been too interesting I finally sorted my hair out and dip dyed which is talked about in a post below. I'm super excited to see my boyfriend in a week as he's staying for almost 3 weeks! I love it when he stays for long periods of time it may sound sad but it feels like we're officially living together haha! The thing is my boyfriend lives in Surrey and I live in Hertfordshire which makes us roughly 60 miles apart! So there can be times where we don't see each other for 3 weeks straight which is terrible but thankfully not too often. Next Tuesday will be our official 1 year anniversary and I honestly cannot believe how fast time has passed it only feels like yesterday when he would drive down to my house and I would run out to him to give him a hug!

I'm really beginning to get frustrated with the fact I don't have a job yet. I'm doing the MUSE London course in make up in June and really REALLY want/need to get a job at a counter but I'm petrified at how hard it may be. If I don't have a job by July time I think I will actually begin crying myself to sleep haha! I just need a job and I'm sick of sending off endless applications and getting zero back! Next week before my boyfriend gets here I might pop into a local town and ask if they have any jobs available in New Look because they state on their twitter that you must go in store to apply for shop assistant jobs!


I'm new this whole "blogging" thing! I hope the posts I'm doing are relatively interesting haha! I do have a Tumblr but I guess this is a bit more of a serious blog? I'm not sure! But anyway I appreciate you reading as I am new and hopefully my posts will be useful for some of you!
