No7 Lift & Curve Eyelash Curler

I have never used eyelash curlers, I've just never really got them! When I was a lot younger and wanted to put on a bit of make up to feel grown up, but never really saw crazy difference! Plus I would do it after applying mascara which is unheard of now! I bought this eyelash curler on a whim with a £5 off voucher. I've heard so much about the Shu ones but they are a crazy investment.

I have been really pleased with the results with these No7 curlers. I can see a noticeable difference in the curl and "flutter" of my lashes. The curl does last and I feel like I need to put in a lot less effort with my mascara as they've partly done the work for me!

If I was to rate these out of 5 I'd probably say 3.5. I do enjoy using them but I can help but feel there's better ones out there. Maybe because I've never been wowed by eyelash curlers I never will be but for now these are doing the trick.

Hope you're well!

Enrapture Encode Totem Styler For £25!

Enrapture Encode Totem Styler £25 (The seller re-lists the item a few hours after it sells out so if this listing has ended re-search it through the seller and there should be a new listing)

Ever since reviews began on the Enrapture Encode Totem Styler I knew it was a tool I wanted to invest in, But at £79.99 it was going to be a big one! The Encode Totem Styler has 3 heat zones which allow you to have powder over which curl/wave you want to create, effectively meaning you can get a large variety of styles out of one tool. I already own 3 ( Yes, 3!!) curling wands so it took a bit of umming and ahhing before taking the plunge. I randomly searched it on eBay and came across a seller who had it up on But It Now for £25! I was in absolute shock by the price as the cheapest I'd seen it at was £40 collection only at Currys! I immediately looked into the sellers history and didn't take much convincing as they were a recommended top eBay seller and had above and beyond great feedback. I took the (not as big as it once seemed) plunge and purchased it, it's £5 for delivery which was fast and I was kept updated on the status of it and even given a time slot for when it would arrive! If your skeptical about the cost of the P&P message the seller asking if they have any cheaper more economy options you could use.

I am still in shock at the price and completely over the moon, the eBay seller is kind of like a stockist for tools like the Totem Styler, they have many heat syling tools to look at. They keep relisting the item because as you can imagine it's selling fast, so it wasn't just a one off sale! The above link could have sold out so just go into the sellers profile and search there items and it should be re-listed. I missed out the first time and searched again about 3 hours later and it had been re-listed! The seller also has the Enrapture Amplify Jumbo Waver for £40 and the Enrapture Extremity Heated Rollers for £40, amazing prices which you can find here!

Maybelline 24 Hour Color Tattoo In Eternal Gold

Maybelline 24 Hour Color Tattoo In Eternal Gold

Finally the UK have been graced with the Maybelline 24 Hour Color Tattoos! As you can see I was so excited I couldn't wait to swatch it! These have been highly raved about over in the US so all UK beauty bloggers have gone mad for their release.

I swathed a few of the more neutral shade (had to step away from the amazing blue shade I would never wear). I chose Eternal Gold as I thought of it as the most "me" shade. Before I even got it home I was thinking up eyeshadow combos in my mind! I love this shade with MAC's Expensive Pink blended through the crease it's become one of my favorite eye combos over night! As far as long wear goes these definitely don't budge! I love my MAC paint pots but they crease and look awful on there own by the end of the day. These stay put and still have that nice creamy look to them. I applied the product with my finger and quickly blended it over the eye, it made my eye make up so easy and I can see myself buying the taupe or bronze shade to blend into the gold for lazy days! I apply the shadow at around 7:30am and when it hits home time from work it is still completely in tack and the color is still strong, seriously impressive for a cream consistency eyeshadow.

I am beyond impress with the Maybelline Color Tattoos and will definitely be purchasing more, they're perfect for my lazy days! They are so inexpensive and really live up to their name and are a fantastic product. I would love for Maybelline to maybe branch out into some more shades maybe a nice peachy/golden color?!

Hope you're all well!

17 Instant Glow Pink Bronze Shimmer Brick

17 Instant Glow Pink Bronze Shimmer Brick £4.99 @ Boots

One thing I've not been wowed by yet at the drugstore is a highlighter. I love nipping into Boots and picking up bits and bobs but I must admit it's never a highlighting product. I've tried the No.7 skin illuminators and I wasn't too keen and found them way overpriced for what they did. I was having a browse through the 17 make up and came across the little bronzing section. They had such a great range of bronzing products I was highly impressed! I loved the look of these shimmer bricks (immediate thoughts being possibly a Bobbi Brown dupe?!). They had a more bronze shade but I really liked the look and swatch of pink bronze and thought it would be a little more of an illuminating product.

The colour of this product is gorgeous when swiped though all the shades! It comes off a really pretty rose gold colour with a bit of "bronzing" effect to it. I sweeped this onto the tops of my cheekbones and loved the effect it gave!  My cheeks looked glowy with a hint of colour that just looked healthy and flattering. You could obviously use this as more of bronzing by sweeping your brush through the brown shades. The next thing I'm looking forward to using this product for is on my eyes, I think it would look absolutely stunning on its own which some liquid liner.

I would really recommend this product. The powder is smooth and has brilliant pigmentation but is manageable. I would definitely say this is a more blush/highlight colour than bronzer though. The price is perfect for the product and definitely worth it, I'd even pay a little more!

Thank you for ready!

LA ROCHE-POSAY OFFER- 2 FOR £15

LA ROCHE POSAY EFFACLAR M & EFFACLAR K 2 FOR £15 AT BOOTS.

I've always walked over to the "La Roche Posay" stand and picked things up with the intention to buy them then chickened out. I would usually decide that it was too unessential in my skin care routine or too expensive. Today this all changed! I again walked over to the stand and caught a glimpse of a "2 for £15" offer and immediately started scanning the products deciding what I wanted. La Roche Posay products usually retail for around the £13 mark so in my eyes this offer screams BARGAIN!

I firstly picked up the Effaclar M Mattifying Moisturizer. This is a product I've eyed up for a while as it's quite raved about in the beauty world and I'll do anything to battle the oil/shine in my work days! It claims to give me a result of "smooth and matte, the skin is intensely moisturized. Day after day the pores are tightened and the skin recovers it's balance".  That's me sold! I will be using this over the next few days for work and when I've put it through it's paces will pop up a full review.

I was really struggling with the second product but the Effaclar K Daily Renewal Fluid For Oily Skin caught my eye after extensive browsing of the counter. This is a fluid you can apply to your face in the day or night time and it acts as a "perfect" make up base. I think I will be using this is the night time so it can work it's magic overnight. If I'm completely honest I'm not 100% sold on what it's meant to do. However I am excited to test it out, who knows it could be a new holy grail!

I would like just throw in a quick apology for the quality of these images. I really missed blogging and I have sold my Canon 20D so I can upgrade! So hopefully the quality will only be a temporary thing!
