John Frieda Full Repair Perfect Ends Deep Infusion Serum £6.99

 Recently the new John Frieda Full Repair range aimed at completely restoring dry/damaged hair has been circulating the internet. I picked up a few products when they hit the shops and can honestly say I've been really enjoying using them! I have previously bleached, dyed and heat abused my hair so it could be in better condition! I chose the deep infusion treatment as it seemed right up my street! I haven't bleached my hair in over a year now so I'd say most of my hair is none bleached re-growth however my ends are what I get most self conscious about! They are dry and look really coarse without any product, so anything to improve them I'm willing to give a wizz!

On the back they recommend you use only one pump of the product on your hair and apply to the mid lengths and ends. The consistency of the product is quite different in my opinion, it's like a really runny serum! I apply the product in my hair once it's about 40% dry after washing and then proceed to heat style it. My ends are left really supple and sleek with no visible split ends! This product is especially gorgeous when straightening your hair as it looks so sleek as if you've had a salon blow dry and straighten!

I really recommend the John Frieda Deep Infusion Treatment it's a wonderful and easy product to work with, with no fuss! The price is pretty good as the product will last you ages as you only need one, tiny pump.

Moroccan Oil Intense Hydrating Mask

Moroccan Oil Hydrating Hair Mask £23.85

I've been lusting after purchasing this hair mask for a while after so many rave reviews about Moroccan Oil I thought it would work a treat on my hair! My hair has been bleached and dyed various colours from light ash blonde to darkest brown! I also use heat on my hair regularly to add more stress. I am a massive haircare fiend ever since my hair got to the point of breaking off and me having to cover it up with my extensions, I knew if I needed to start REALLY caring for my hair. I went through a phase of deep protein treatments which really helped and now my hair is in pretty nifty condition but the ends are still very dry.

The mask is aimed for medium-thick hair so if you have fine hair that gets greasy quickly this will definitely be too heavy for you! Fortunately I don't have that problem, my hair is super thick and I could probably go a week and a half without washing it.  I distribute the mask evenly through my hair but paying extra attention to the ends, including the shorter layers. I usually step out of the shower and leave it on for 30 minutes unless I'm in a rush and will leave it on for the recommended 5 minutes. My hair is stupidly easy to comb through after and really easy to style. The ends feel a lot more hydrated and supple and a lot less dry to touch and to look at!

The Hydrating mask is lovely but I must admit the price is extortionate for what it does! I've tried cheaper hair masks from Boots which aren't too dissimilar. I have noticed over repeated use it has improved the condition of my hair more and more however I can't see myself repurchasing. I would literally die for the original Moroccan Oil hair treatment but I think this is a bit too steep for what it does but if you are looking to splash out on a decent hair mask then give it a go!

New VO5 Adaptive Haircare Technology Shampoo & Conditioners Review

I have recently fallen head over heels in love with these new ranges from VO5. I have tried many different brands of Shampoo and Conditioner coming to an excess of £40 for both and I can honestly hand on heart say these are the best I've ever used. I use both the "Give Me Moisture" and "Nourish Me Truly" range as they are both for dry/damaged hair, my mum also uses the range for colour treated hair.

As you can see from this photo the products have "Adaptive Haircare Technology" which they then onto to explain on the back and say that the product adjust to how to damaged your hair is and what it needs. Each different range from these new products all have "Adaptive Haircare Technology".

I use the "Give Me Moisture" range whenever I feel my hair is feeling particularly dry and it really does work, the ends especially feel 10x better and are not dry at all. I also find that my hair can be a little coarse sometimes and this really tames it down.

I use the "Nourish Me Truly" range to give my hair a boost of shine and make it look radiant and full of life. My hair feels super manageable whenever I use these ones, And a lot more bouncy and for some reason has more body/volume? To summarize it makes it feel lush and full of vitality.

Both of the ranges honestly make my hair look/feel like I never touched a box of bleach or dye in my life! And it may be because my hair has been dyed back to brown but it seems to be growing like crazy?

I have to also just note how impressed I was with the fact each bottle contains so many essential oils. It really does boost your confidence when using the products, especially when you read blogs and everyone hypes about Argan Oil!

Two last things I'd like to note is that I love the bright hot pink packaging (even though it doesn't effect how the products work, it looks pretty and girly in my bathroom). And in many different places like boots, superdrug, tesco and sainsburys at the moment they are on buy one get one free! And a large bottle is only £2.99 so thats £2.99 spent on your new hair care routine, what a bargain.

For now until I possibly find something better I would give the new VO5 ranges I've tried a 5/5.

From today onwards I am fully getting into blogging. I absolutely love it and I now know I have time to do it! I know what sort of things I want to put on this blog now and it's really exciting! I'm going to start doing outfit posts PROPERLY on my camera which I will start with my first one tomorrow! I also really want to include products reviews too and maybe get into the "Monthly Favorites" things, I did a May favorites and really enjoyed doing it but they can be very image/ramble heavy! I may come up with a schedule at a later date I'm gonna just see how it goes in the mean time and what is liked/disliked!

UPDATE ON ME!
 Last month I completed my MUSE London make up artistry course! I could not recommenced going there more! I felt so at home on the course at met some of loveliest people I've met in my life to date! I can honestly day Nicci Jackson became one of my biggest life inspirations over night. Not only is she a fabulous make up artist but she's an incredible person and if she read this she would tell me to not put on a pedestal, but she literally made me feel so good about myself and made me think that everything in my life so far has been for a reason and not to let others make me think otherwise!

I've also dyed my hair back to dark brown, after slaving away with the bottles of bleach I became bored and missed my chocolate locks! In this photo my hair is the stage between blonde and brown when I wasn't too sure so only went a darker blonde.

Apart from that nothing too interesting has gone down! I've just been looking for a job and helping out around the house! I'm really feeling the summer time now which is great and cannot wait for my friends to officially break up from college!

Veet Sensitive Skin Hair Removal Cream Review.

I used hair removal cream for the first time today and I have to say it’s much better than I thought it would be! I used the “Veet Sensitive Skin Hair Removal Cream”. My skin isn’t actually really sensitive but this one was on offer for just over three pounds and had 200ml in Boots and the 100ml one which wasn’t on offer and was four pounds something. I left it on for ten minutes, it says it works in five but to leave it one for a maximum of ten and when I checked after five minutes it hadn’t really done much. It has left my skin a lot smoother than when I shave normally and didn’t irritate my skin like sometimes shaving can do. As for when the cream was on my skin it did sting a little but definitely no where near as much as waxing! Another thing that I liked was I actually didn’t use a lot of the cream when doing the application which I was worried about and thought if one application uses up a lot of the product I won’t continue doing it as it’s a bit on the expensive side, but to my surprise it didn’t! The only thing left to find out is if it lasts longer than shaving, which it does claim to do. Overall I’m impressed and will be doing it again if it lasts!

So heres my second outfit of the day wooo! I love this outfit I think it's cute but very casual which is my favorite way to dress! I've been getting really down about my hair recently and yesterday almost spent money I don't even have on Color B4 and dark blonde foam dye, I am terrible! Has anyone ever used Color B4 on hair extensions? Thats what I'm planning on doing. I found my dream shade of dark blonde in L'Oreal Sublime Mousse- Pure Dark Blonde I love it but very skeptical on the whole "foam dye" thing. A girl I know had light brown hair with blonde highlights and bought a foam dye in a blonde color and it turned her hair black! I mean there is always the possibility when going blonde to be slightly ginger or brassy toned but never in my life have I heard someone dye their hair blonde and it go black! It may have just been a dodgy box but still thats terrible! I'd love to dye my hair one of the "Nice 'n' Easy" shades, they have a brilliant selection for blondes but nobody I know recommends them apparently the dye almost NEVER takes to the hair which I don't want to risk and end up spending more money! Oh the awkwardness of hair.

Hey guys so I just wanted to say a big sorry for not posting as much! If you live in the UK you'll know theirs been so many bank holidays going on recently and the weather has been fabulous so I've been soaking it up. Plus my boyfriend arrived on Wednesday and we've been spending lots of time together he's currently out buying me dominoes cookies!

I thought I'd do this post on how I'm pondering over my next hair color. I'm considering a dark blonde ombreing into light blonde so kind of dark blonde dip dyed light blonde! I got a lust for it looking at this photo of Lauren Conrad:

I fell in love with the fade and the color and little french plait! This whole style is what I want to be "rocking" (probably terribly) in summer 2011! But I'm going to keep my current hair a little longer till about June time I think, maybe a change for my birthday? I'm un decided all I know is I want ombre hair! But definitely dark blonde to light blonde as I don't wanna loose my oh so worked hard for blonde locks haha, this is because I'm a natural brunette!

Weekly Ramble: Week 02

Not a lot has happened over the past week or so!  I went to see "Your Highness" on Wednesday and it was really good! A nice comedy and I knew I would like it as it's from the makers of Pineapple Express which is one of my favorite films. 

The reason the photo is of my hair and not my face is for those of you who didn't notice, I wear hair extensions! So the dip dye bit of my hair isn't actually my hair. For the first time the other day I washed my extensions since dip dying them. I was super scared the red would fade horribly and it would just turn gross! Thankfully though it didn't, If anything it made it look better! It's made the red look a bit more faded into father then kind of block color so it's a little more ombreish now. In real life the red actually looks like a dark fuchsia pink! When my new card reader arrives I'll take a proper photo so you can see the pinkness.

It was mine and my boyfriends one year anniversary on Tuesday and unfortunately we couldn't see each other and don't get to celebrate it till Wednesday when he comes up :(! I miss him so much but I'm keeping myself busy.

Dip Dye Hair

So I finally took the plunge and "dip dyed" my hair. After seeing image after image swaying me towards doing it I did it.  It was a lot less daunting then you would probably think it would be. I chose a more subtle color for my first dip dying attempt of a gorgeous mahogany red, and I've really warmed to it! I'll be honest at first I was a bit like "What in gods name have I done"?! Then I adjusted my make up around the new hair change (opting for more pinky toned blush, lighter eye make up) I fell in love with it. It's really brightened up my complexion and I've got quite a few compliments since making the change! Heres a photo of my new "do".
